Hello Harold,
I believe the rather cryptic message you are getting is
from the license manager. The "no such feature exists"
message indicates that you don't have a FEATURE line
in your license file enabling you to run in runtime mode.
You should contact your VNI sales rep to see what
features you are licensed for, and/or talk to
VNI's license administrator (lmgr@houston.vni.com)
about getting a runtime softkey.
