If there are other IDL users in Alberta, Canada, who will like to get
together in the future either to compare notes and/or form a local user
group on IDL applications in the petroleum/geosciences, please drop me a
line.

Since RSI's trade shows and courses are concentrated in large centers in the
US and major Canadian cities like Toronto and Vancouver, a local Alberta
chapter focusing on petroleum sciences may be beneficial.
