if you found that the xloadct does not work with the UPDATECBDATA
argument, try changing
the data specifier in the call_procedure
Thus
CALL_PROCEDURE, updt_callback, DATA=*(p_updt_cb_data)

should be

CALL_PROCEDURE, updt_callback, *(p_updt_cb_data)
