Alright all you map wonks out there. Is IDLs 'Cylindrical Equidistant'
projection the same as the "Plate Carree'" projection? I've seen the
Plate Carree projection refered to as 'cylindrical equidistant' but I
don't know if RSI is using the same terminology.
