some moths ago i had the same question, unfortunately a crash in my HD got
all that info erased.
But you may look at the historical of the list to read those old messages.

There is a f77-routine: utmgeo.f77
, which can be translate to IDL, in: ftp.blm.gov
in the directory: /pub/gis
