APPLICATIONS PROGRAMMER
Xenogen Corporation, a biotech company in the San Francisco Bay Area, is
seeking an Applications Programmer. The successful candidate will be
responsible for developing and maintaining scientific software related
to
the company's bioluminescent imaging technology. Qualifications include
a
minimum of a B.S. in physics, engineering or a related discipline and a
minimum of three years scientific programming experience in one or more
high
level environments (e.g. C++, MatLab, Igor, IDL). Experience with
WaveMetrics Igor is preferred. Demonstrated expertise in design of user
friendly interfaces for the performance of complex tasks is highly
desirable. Good written and verbal communication skills required. Must
have
ability to work in team-oriented environment.
