C-Programs in IDL, running under a SGI? [message #2235]

Hello,

I have a question:

How can I include a C-Program in IDL, running under a SGI.
Under a Sun, you can handle it with the compiling parameters:

cc -pic -fsingle -c name.c

ld -o -name.so -assert pure-text name.o

But these Parameters don't exist in the C-Compiler from Silicon Graphics.
Which Parameters are correct there?
