Hmmm... why can I do

> IDL> plot,findgen(50)*0.1-2,h,psym=10,color='ffa000'x

but not

> IDL> plots,findgen(50)*0.1-2,h,psym=10,color='ffa000'x
> % PLOTS: PSYM (plotting symbol) out of range
> % Execution halted at: $MAIN$ 1 C:\doc...
>

I don't remember this not working before. I must be missing something
obvious - my brain must be stuck in neutral today.
