In my own humble experiences, I've always found case sensistivity to cause
more problems than it solves, even when used properly. But then I grew up on
a case insenstive file system, and still fail to see the benefits of having
two files with identical names, barring case, i.e. why not just
"hello_world.c" instead of "HelloWorld.c", the first is more readable, and
only one character longer.
