I am using PVWAVE in DEC3100. Can you tell me how to make uniform grid
from irregulary-spaced data. More specifically, input will be

i) x-position of raw data
ii) y-position of raw data
iii) raw data
iv) x-position to be interpolated
v) y-position to be interpolated
and the output will be interpolated data at the position(iv,v).
