Use the position= parameter in the plot command to down-size the plot
region in the y-direction. This might give you enough room for the
multi-line title. If that doesn't work, you're better off by plotting
without the title and then using the xyouts procedure to write the
titles after the graph has been drawn. Once again choose the plotting
region so that there is enough room at the top for the title(s).
