One thing that I find aggravating in IDL is the lack of a section in the
users manual that explains in greater detail the meaning of the error
messages and possible remedial actions. The previous post about the
problem with PLOTS is one example.

Is there a document or file in existance somewhere that would alleviate
the above problem?
