Has anyone made a compound spin widget? By spin widget I mean, e.g.,
display a small text window with an integer value, with two nearby
buttons, "up" and "down" which, when held down with select mouse
button change the value of the displayed integer (and thus the
value returned by get_value on the compound widget).

This might be useful where large maximum values make a slider
impractical.
