The newest version of idltags (Version 2.2) is ready.
Idltags is a set of three programs idltags, idltree and shadow. Idltags
produces a tags file from IDL source code similar to ctags(1). Idltree
generates a list of procedure dependencies. Shadow creates .sav files
for large IDL projects automatically figuring out which procedures must
be loaded into IDL first.
This is only slightly different than the previous version. There was a
problem with the way shadow handled multiple procedures in a single file.
There is a long comment addressing the changes in the shadow.c file if you
are interested.
I am going to post the source after this message in two parts. I will also
make the code available via anonymous ftp from cses.colorado.edu.
