Is there any way to measure the amount of landscape fragmentation or
number of patches in ENVI?

Hi,
I generally use patch analyst in Arcview for this type of thing, but you
should be able to use the 'plain vanilla' Fragstats command line executable
on the raw binary ENVI images or ERDAS .lan images exported from ENVI. Get
it from:
http://www.fsl.orst.edu/lter/data/software/fragstat.htm


It would make a nice 'user procedure' if you felt like writing an interface
to the fragstats program callable from ENVI ;-)
