Hi,
I hope someone on this group know this problem and is able to help.
On one of my linux system I got always a monochrome color output
(grey scale) by idl. All other applications do have colors.
I have three identical machines ( I believe ) and only one of
them has this failure.
loadct,5
a=bindgen(256)
b=[1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1B]
tv,a#b
device,decompose=0 or 1 gives no difference.
Are there any grafic adapter problems known which will give this results
for IDL?
If I install vmware and windows and idl I have colors in idl too.
Any ideas are welcome
