Hi there,
is it possible to know from within
an IDL session which license
file the session is using?

I have checked many options but cannot
do it.

I need this to automatize a user setup
routine.

thanks so much

Julio

Initially when you call IDL, it will tell you the installation number.
If you are using UNIX, you can run "/usr/local/rsi/idl/bin/lmstat -a" outside of IDL,
or spawn it from within IDL.
This will tell you what licenses are currently being used.

Hope this helps
