Help with SET_VIEWPORT in PV-Wave [message #2610]

I want to SET_VIEWPORT to something like 0.0 0.6
I then produce a surface plot .
surface,z,x,y,xmargin=[5,0]
When i do this the Xmargin keyword has no effect.
If i don't set_viewport it works fine.
Does anyone have any ideas about why the Xmargin keyword doesn't work in this
case.
