I am trying to write some code that will run
under both IDL and PV-Wave.

I will need some if...then's for platform dependencies.
What might be a good system variable to check to
identify if the code is being used by IDL or PV-Wave?

The code I'm working on is very simple, and these
IF-Then's should be few and far between.
