Hi,

I was wondering why some people always downloaded
the old Version of the ICG library.

Today I got the hint that I did a mistake, it's my fault!

I did a mismatch between last and previous.

Excuse me!

Again the latest Version is 1.7.
The previous was 0.9.

Both are available for download.
