Thanks to steinhh@amon, gurman@uvsp, and velt@splinter for answering my
post. The basic solution in this case was to specify XOFFSET, YOFFSET,
XSIZE, and YSIZE in the call to DEVICE *and* specify the exact position
(not the position number) on the page, XSIZE, and YSIZE in the call to TV.
In both calls you must give the *same* physical units (e.g. /CENT). Now that
I've got the picture on the viewable page I have more guestions. Please, see
my next post.
