Uhh, is that HECONVERT or HECOINVERT ? What does it do?
(I ask because I know about a program called heconvert that converts
HDF-EOS files from HDF4-based HDF-EOS to HDF5-based HDF-EOS. It is not a
library, though, and it is nothing to do with IDL or PV-Wave so it is
off-topic for this NG. If you really want a library called HECOINVERT
which inverts hecos, then I'm not your man.)
