I found the old e-mail from RSI with the standard departmental licensing
fees. This was from May, 1999.

LICENSEE SHALL RECEIVE:
1. Up to 50 Single User Software licenses for any operating systems on
which the product(s) is(are) supported.
2. One copy of media per operating system. Designated media is CD-ROM.
3. One complete set of hard copy documentation. Additional sets of
documentation may be purchased per current published price list.
4. Access to Research Systems' technical support department for
designated system administrator for installation and networking issues only.
Additional technical support may be purchased separately per current
published price list.
