Thanks for the link, but this is only in 2D but i had better said
Ellipsoid than Ellipse (if Ellispoid is the correct term for that
thing in 3D) i need a 3dimensional Ellipsoid :(

I think you are going to need more information than
just two points to build an ellipse, but the
best ellipse building tool is TVELLIPSE from
the NASA Astronomy site:
