Oh, I've always had my sources. :-)
Cheers,
David
P.S. I'd be happy to put this on my web page, however, for the folks
who didn't see the post, with your permission.

Perhaps it was my gift to them!
Actually, you might recall that I had a GUI wrapper for TRIGRID so this
wasn't a great leap programmatically. I do wish I had all of the
references handy (for the different grdding methods) so I could pull
together a meaningful online help for gridding. The IDL online help is
fine for how to call GridData but not so detailed on what happens once
you have called it.
At some point it might be nice to add a call to FSC_SURFACE so the user
can peek at the result in 3d projection.
On a different note, at work here we are all scratching our heads over
how you got your hands on my posting. We can see your reply but not the
original. A search of Google shows that the original has "gone
missing"; but your reply is there. Wierd, huh?

Wow! Nice job. What did you get for Christmas, Ben?
Time away from your family?
Let's just say I hope it was a new computer. :-)
Cheers,
David
