I did a little research on this. It appears to be a hoax posted to
many, many newsgroups all at once.
It is an attempt to flood the news.admin.net-abuse.email newsgroups
with posts, and thereby stop discussion there. Follow-ups are
automatically directed there, so be sure to check where your article
is going before replying.
