PowerMac problems - anyone else ? [message #2902]

We have been running IDL 3.6.1b for the PowerMac/PowerPC for a while and
have been experiencing some squirrely behavior associated with editing and
saving files. Specifically, running a .pro whose window is open, editing
a file, and getting an open file error can lead to system crashes.
Sometimes save gets mapped to save as... with a guarantee that you will
soon crash. Changes made in lines identified by DEBUG sometimes are not
registered.

Has anyone else seen this behavior ? If so, we'd like to find out your
experiences so we can put together a clear case to RSI for bugs that need
fixing.
