HI,
I have written the code to draw multiple ROI's and i use the
ComputeMask property of IDLgrROI to get the values of those pixels. I
draw ROIs using mouse click. Everytime i mark a ROI i obtain the pixel
values in those regions. I need only the ROI images and the rest of
the region in the image needs to be made black (set the value as 0). I
can get each ROI values in a variable.
mask = oROI -> ComputeMask(DIMENSIONS = [xdim, ydim], MASK_RULE = 2)

Can anybody please tell me how i can get these values and store it in
individual variables like mask1 for roi 1 and mask2 for roi 2 and so
on? Can i declare an array of arrays? I'm stuck here. Please help me
to proceed further.

Any help is appreciated.
Cheers,
Akhila.
