You should still be able to get a demo key for ENVI 3.4 on the mac,
just not 3.5. Hopefully ENVI 3.5 or at least IDL will come out for OS
X soon.

ENVI 3.4 is still available for the Mac:
ftp://ftp.rsinc.com/pub/envi_3.4/

heck, I'd be happy just to beta test that at the moment, classic is
driving me insane.

I don't suppose anyone at RSI would care to drop a hint about how
development on that is coming? Are they usually very tight lipped
about upcoming products?
