Hi lists,

I have to resize my image from fine to coarse resolution. It seem not
work well with Nearest Neighbour algorithm available in ENVI.
Is there any routine to resize image by moving window and calculate
the dominant class in the window. I think that it similar to Pixel
aggregate routine in future of ENVI.
