Some limit, polat, and polon settings for map_set under IDL3.6.1
cause errors in the displayed map projection. These errors did
not occur in IDL3.1.0. Is there a fix available for this problem?

example:
;;The following statment does not work correctly in IDL3.6.1
map_set, -36.6, 99.6, /orth, /grid

;;The following statement does work correctly in IDL3.6.1
map_set, -36.6, 99.8, /orth, /grid

;;The only difference is the polon value.
