Roberto, This is my first post as well. I don't have an explanation
for your problem, but I've some ideas. I export landsat images to
ArcView (BIL) files frequently and they line up fine (UTM 17 WGS84).
If the image is georeferenced, then the export file will maintain the
projection, tics etc. If you are converting these files to something
other than a BIL file then I'm not sure. You might want to do a test
to verify that your shapefiles in Arc/View are georeferenced
correctly. With your satellite open in ENVI, open up one of the
shapefiles and overlay it. Good luck, John
