Hi,

I've created a single band image from a Landsat scene by ratioing
various bands and I would like to use this new image as a mask for the
original TM scene. However, I believe that I need to reclass the
single-band scene to form a binary image. The reclass requires simple
decision criteria, if a pixel < 0.15 reclass to 1, else 0. The new
image resulting from this reclass can be used as a mask.

ENVI does not appear to have reclass widgets that I can find. I'm new
to IDL but could code this simple function, and use it in the band
math dialog? If so any suggestions or snippets of code would benefit
this pilgrim.
