Has anyone had a problem with IDL ROT (roatate by an arbitrary amount)
function? I have a big image 2160x1440 pixels. After rotating the image
by arbitary amount a square image turns into a parallelogram. With the
rotation angle close to 45degrees its highest. Pivot point is the center
of the image. I dont know if its due to some other problem in my program
or its just this function. I feel it could be due to the rotation
algorithm used by the IDL function...which, with small images is not
perceptible.

I appreciate any help/suggestions.

Thanks,
-Alok
