In printing a 1440x1111 image to a postscript file, I am finding the
resolution greatly reduced, as is the contrast seen on the screen. I
don't expect to be able to improve the contrast, but is there a way of
increasing the resolution of the greyscale and colour dithering to the
point where the output is of similar resolution to the data.
