Hi all,
I have a widget driven program that uses WIDGET_TEXT, and I noticed that in
IDL 3.0 the type of structure returned is "WIDGET_TEXT", but in IDL 3.6
the type is "WIDGET_TEXT_CH" (or "WIDGET_TEXT_STR", etc). This program
will be for general use, and it's not guaranteed that the users will
have the latest version of IDL. What version did IDL make this change
or what's the best way to handle this?
