Can you play it in windows media player? I am not sure what PP uses as a
media player but a safe guess would be WMP since they are both MS products.
Even if it doesn't use WMP, WMP and PP probably use the same codec.
If not, my guess is that your MPEG file isn't compatible with the MPEG codec
on the windows machine. MPEG isn't MPEG isn't MPEG. There is no guarantee
that a particular decoder will work with video encoded by a different
encoder. Try using a different encoding technique.
If it plays in WMP then it looks like you have a PP problem. Maybe try
searching the PP newsgroups.
