Good luck. I am *not* messing up my perfectly stable Mac to run OsX just
to be able to put the XWindows version of IDL on it. If I were to go
down that crooked path, I'd rather set up Linux. If it was the native
version, now *that* would be a different story...
I am afraid my code will become more and more obsolete from this point
on :-(
