Sorry to be a wet blanket, guys, but I'm going to respond to the
original question.
You can't change the "double" accuracy. If you describe your problem
in more detail, perhaps we could suggest another solution.

I laughed like an idiot at this for so long I had to explain in great
detail to my family just what was so funny about this original post :)

To relate this back to another thread currently running on your favorite
newsgroup.... After a second I have to think that maybe the drunk
had something. After all, what he wants to maximize is the likelihood
of finding the keys, so the drunk probably had convolved the
location likelihood function with the detection probability. But perhaps
he (or she) forgot to use the proper value of CENTER.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled discussion.

Tom

Have you heard the one about the drunk who lost his
keys in the bar and was found down the street, under
the street light, looking for them. "If you lost
your keys in the bar, what are you doing down here
looking for them?", he was asked. "There'sh more
light here", he replied.
I don't know. I just thought it might be relevant. :-)
Cheers,
David
