Hi everyone,

... don't want to invent the bicycle twice so thank you for every hint:

- I need to import .RAW X-Ray diffraction data from Siemens D5000
or BrukerAXS D8 machines into IDL. I guess its binary data
with a header(?) and one or more tables angle vs. counts.

- I wasn't able to find out what's the file format exactly.
Does anybody know?

- Has anybody had the same problem? Is there perhaps an import
routine I could get somewhere?
