Moving 3D Axis [message #3434]

I would like to be able to move the 3D axis so that it appears in the center
of a 3D plot of a FFT done with the SURFACE procedure. I have tried several
things including the AXIS procedure and the T3D procedure with little success.
If anyone could help me with this problem I would appreciate it.
