Hi

I was wondering if anyone have any experience in "breaking" the
scaling in IDL plot mode.

I would like to plot a 10% of the y-axis in a linear scale and then
change to logarithmic (base 10) scale for the rest of the 90%... the
x-scale is all linear.

Using IDL 5.2
