Folks,

Have any of you using IDL 6.0 beta had any trouble printing
from either iTools or from object graphics programs? I get
blank sheets of paper popping out of programs that run
perfectly in IDL 5.6, but this problem cannot be replicated
at RSI. :-(

I've installed the June 2nd updates, I am running on Windows
2000 and Windows XP machines, and trying to print on HP Deskjet
990cse and 970cse printers. I've even tried selecting a PostScript
printer and printing to a file. The file is completely empty
when viewed with GhostView.

We are all a little perplexed, as you can imagine. :-)

Thanks for any info. We probably want to hold this
discussion off-line to avoid any non-disclosure problems,
and it is beta software, after all. We expect some problems.
I am just trying to get to the bottom of this so I can
continue my evaluation.

Cheers,

David
