We have a client with a Windows 2000 machine that has a runtime error
(rt.exe) at the point where it calls REGISTER_CURSOR. Don't know more
about their system at the present.

On our Windows 2000 system it runs just fine.

I found nothing about this error anywhere else. (REGISTER_CURSOR is
5.6, so it hasn't been around that long...)

Any experience with this?
