I'm using IDL on both a DEC Alpha and a PowerPC. The comparison between the
two implementations is very healthy for the Mac. However I find that my widget
programmes seem very dull on the Mac compared to the Motif generated interface
on the Alpha. Given that most of the software I run on the Mac has a very
attractive interface is there any simple way to modify IDL so I can produce
impressive windows, buttons etc. I think I saw ENVI once and it had a
different style to the default IDL programmes, I may be wrong about this
though. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
