I tried to use the Userlib routine disp_txt. Although clearly potentially
powerful it seems to me to be one of those programs that fails because it
can't do the simple things without a hassle. eg why should I need to specify
a fonts array when not using control sequences in the text and specifying a
default font? Least said about the 'STOP's that occur if input is invalid
the better! If anyone from RSI is listening, I really don't think you do
anyone a favour (especially yourselves) by including such programs for general
distribution.
I did however get disp_txt to do what I wanted only to find that it changes
the device font permanently - yeuk - which brought up the question I have,
having got that off my chest....
How do I reset the device font to the entry default? ie
device,get_current_font=cf
