Where can I find a current IDL FAQ?

I found one that's about 18 months old in ftp: eos.crseo.ucsb.edu/pub/idl
but I couldn't find anything in ftp: rsinc.com/pub/idl. Nor could I find
anything in ftp: rtfm.mit.edu/pub/usenet.
