Hello All,
FYI.
A colleague running IDL 6.0 under Linux found that Dialog_Pickfile
crashed with a Floating Exception error.
The immediate culprit was an entry in his xDefaults file :-
*highlightThickness: 0
Removing that entry, or setting it to 1, prevented the crash.
Note that IDL v5.6, installed on the same machine alongside 6.0, has
no trouble at all with setting *highlightThickness to 0.
Obscure, yes, and probably unlikely that anyone else on the planet
will trip over it.
Which is probably why RSI told _us_ to go approach the Motif people...
