The PRINTER device allows the user to select, for example,

HP Color LaserJet PS on FILE:

How does one specify the file to which the output is directed?

Using this printer always produces

Warning: wNoCmd: XprinterStartDoc: do not know where to output;
output to xprinter.out instead.

The postscript output is in xprinter.out, but I would like to be able to
specify the file name.

There are no options to do that in DIALOG_PRINTERSETUP or
DIALOG_PRINTJOB, and the DEVICE command does not accept the FILENAME
keyword for the PRINTER device (according to the IDL 5.6 docs).

Thanks for any help, Ken
