I have a problem about IDL allocate memory on win2K and hope you guys
could give me some advice. Thanks!

Platform: Win2000 professional, Pentium4 2.8G, 2G RAM, IDL 6.0, Virtal
Memory: 8190M(4095M each on two disks)

Problem: When I try to create an array of 130M, IDL work correctly
first time, when the routine was called second time, it give out the
following error message:Unable to allocate memory: to make array. But
in fact the windows task manager shows there are more than 1GB of
physical memory is available.

The problem code is: rebin(array(1024, 32, 32), 1024, 256, 256).

Thanks,

Songtao
